The Board

Accounts that are moving, ranked by signal strength.

Four times a day Stage 1 checks your plays for new signals and scores each account against your ideal customer. Three signals in a week outrank one, and fresh signals rank above stale ones.

  • 46 buying signals in ten families, read from LinkedIn, SEC filings and earnings releases, the Federal Register, the news, public tenders and events
  • A Watchlist that tracks every account like a portfolio, with strength, the change this week and a 30-day trend
  • When a champion changes jobs, the seat they left and the company they joined both light up
  • Rules in plain English that you can read and change
  • Approve or pass in one key. Passing teaches the rules

3x3 research

Three sources, three facts each, before anyone writes a word.

For every account, Stage 1 gathers what the company has put out, what its people are doing and what's happening around them. You see the research behind the message, not just the message.

  • Public record. SEC filings, news, job posts, funding, RFPs and the stack they run
  • Social context. New seats, their own posts, engagement with you
  • Market. Competitor engagement and who you're compared with

Hypothesis opening

A first message that's an idea, not a pitch.

The strongest signal becomes the hook. The person's seat becomes the trigger. Your own buyer pains become the hypothesis. It ends with a question that invites them to correct you, which is far easier to answer than a request for time.

  • No product name, no proof points, no flattery in the first touch
  • An RFP or a new leader always leads; otherwise the person's own activity does
  • Drafted for you and edited by you. Nothing sends until you approve

  2. 2Personal triggerGiven your role as Head of Enterprise Data,
  3. 3HypothesisI suspect analysts wait days for data the business wants the same morning.
  4. 4Exit questionIs that accurate, or is the bigger issue something else?
Committee threading

Reach the people who decide together.

Approve an account and Stage 1 threads the buyer, the champion and the technical lead, a day apart, across LinkedIn and email. A meeting with any of them stops the rest of the sequence for the whole account.

  • Profile visit and connection request, then the opener the next day
  • Already connected? The opener goes straight to their inbox

Learns from your wins

It gets sharper every week you run it.

Every signal starts from a default weight. Then your replies take over. Stage 1 tracks the reply rate behind each signal for your firm, and once a signal has ten sends, its weight moves up when it beats your average and down when it trails.

  • Reply rate by signal, on a panel you can read any time
  • Moves within 0.75 and 1.35 of the start, so one lucky week can't take over
  • Every pass and every reason you give moves the rules too

What it learns stays in your workspace. Month three ranks better than month one.

Firm average 14%. A signal above it gains weight, one below it loses weight, within 0.75 and 1.35.

Warm paths

The fastest way in is someone they already trust.

Stage 1 checks every person on the committee against your LinkedIn network. It shows who you have in common, ranks them by how they're connected, and recommends the strongest one. Tell it how well you know each person and it reranks.

  • Former colleagues, shared boards and people inside the account rank first
  • One person is asked once per account, never about everyone
  • The ask carries your hypothesis as a note to forward
  • A yes cancels the cold opener. A no or six quiet days sends it, without their name
  • Intros you're waiting on sit at the top of the Desk

Needs LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator on the account you connect.

The Desk

Every reply, sorted and already answered.

Replies from LinkedIn and email land in one place, sorted by what they mean, with answers about intros right alongside. Each one comes with a draft that fits what they said. A reply that's waited more than two days gets flagged. A warm reply goes cold fast.

  • Interested replies get two meeting times in the draft
  • Objections get the answer from your own playbook
  • Mark a meeting booked and it lands in HubSpot

Waiting on you 3 days
We already work with a partner on this, but curious what you are seeing elsewhere.
Understood, Greg. Most of our clients did too. We usually come in on the migration itself, where a fixed cutover date matters more than headcount. If what you have today were working perfectly, what would you still change?
The Brain

It learns how you sell before it writes anything.

Point Stage 1 at your website and it reads up to 20 pages, starting with services, industries and case studies. Add your decks, battlecards and win notes. Every draft uses what it learns, and you can edit any of it.

  • Reads PDF, Word, PowerPoint, text and Markdown
  • Builds your ideal customer, buyer pains, proof points, objections and voice
  • Suggests plays from what it reads

Works with

Your accounts, your tools.

Stage 1 sends from the accounts you already use and writes back to the systems you already run.

LinkedIn

Your own profile

Signals, the buying committee and warm paths come through your connected account, on Premium or Sales Navigator. Messages go out as you.

Email

Google or Outlook

Email touches and replies run through your own mailbox, with a one-line footer that lets people reply stop.

HubSpot

Meetings become deals

Mark a meeting booked and Stage 1 creates or updates the company, the contact and a deal at the stage you choose.

Slack

The daily digest

New accounts land in Slack with the first run of the day, with approve and pass right in the message. Warm replies ping you.

Import

Bring your list

Already have target accounts? Import a CSV and Stage 1 watches them alongside everything it finds.

Drafting

Written with Claude

Openers and replies are drafted with Claude from your research and your Brain, then edited and approved by you.
