Finding the work email
How Stage 1 finds work emails for people on accounts you approve, with two providers in turn and a monthly allowance where only found emails count.

A sequence that only runs on LinkedIn has one door. If the buyer doesn't accept your invite, or never checks their LinkedIn inbox, you're stuck. Email is the second door, and most sellers either pay for a data tool they barely use or guess at addresses and bounce.
Stage 1 finds the work email for you, and it's included in every plan.
When it looks
Stage 1 doesn't look up emails for every name on your Board. It looks when you approve an account.
At that moment, for each person it's about to thread who doesn't have an email yet, it runs a lookup. That keeps the allowance for the people you've decided to reach, not the people you might reach someday.
The example workspace never looks anything up. It's all made up.
How the lookup works
Two email providers, one after the other. The first tries. If it comes back empty, the second tries. Each one starts from the person's LinkedIn profile and, failing that, their name and the company's domain.
If Stage 1 has neither a domain nor a LinkedIn profile for someone, it skips them. If it already looked for someone in the last 30 days and came up empty, it doesn't pay to look again.
If a provider has trouble, that's logged in Settings, Activity, and the other one still runs.
The allowance
Every plan includes work emails up to a monthly allowance. Only emails Stage 1 finds count. A lookup that comes back empty is free.
Starter includes 100 a month. Team includes 500. Partner includes 2,000. The free trial includes 25. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
The month is your workspace's own calendar month, in its time zone, and the allowance resets on the 1st.
You track it under Settings, Sending. A card shows how many you've used, how many are left and how many lookups came back empty. It flags when you're down to the last tenth.
When an email turns up, and when it doesn't
A found email becomes a step in the sequence. The email goes out from your own connected Google or Outlook account about six days after the first LinkedIn note, with a short subject line and the same idea on a second channel. It ends with the stop line every Stage 1 email carries.
No email means LinkedIn only. If the allowance runs out, sequences keep running on LinkedIn until it resets.
Allowance used. Sequences keep running on LinkedIn and pick up email again next month.
Why it matters for services
Senior buyers split their attention. Some live in LinkedIn. Some haven't opened it in a month and read every email. A second channel isn't about more volume. It's about reaching the same person where they actually read. For more on that call, see LinkedIn or email first.
And you shouldn't need a separate data contract to sell a $300K program. You need the address of the five or six people on the committee at the accounts you chose this week. That's a different problem from building a list, and the data you need and the data you don't goes into it.
You don't buy credits, you don't pay for misses, and you only spend the allowance on people you've chosen to reach.
