Know the moment someone is interested
When a prospect replies with interest, Stage 1 emails everyone on your workspace with the reply and a link to the Desk, so nobody waits a day to answer.

An interested reply has a short shelf life. Answer in the hour and you get the meeting. Answer tomorrow and they've moved on to something else.
Stage 1 now tells you right away.
What happens
Stage 1 reads every reply that comes in on LinkedIn or email and labels it. When the label is Interested, everyone on your workspace gets an email with the person's name, the account, what they said and a link to the Desk.
Your answer is already drafted there. Open it, read it, send it.
Who gets it
Everyone on the workspace. On a small team, whoever sees it first can pick it up. On your own, it's a nudge to stop what you're doing.
Other labels don't send an email. Not now, an objection, a referral. Those wait on the Desk for your next pass.
Why email
Most sellers live in their inbox. A notice in the place you already look gets read. No new app, no new channel to watch.
For why speed decides so many first meetings, see why replying within the hour matters. For what happens on the Desk, see every reply comes with your next move drafted.
