Team seats in Stage 1

Invite teammates to Stage 1 with a link. Everyone works the same Board and Desk, and only the owner changes billing, connections and limits.

In a services firm, the partner who knows the buyer and the seller who runs the outreach are rarely the same person. They need to work the same accounts without stepping on each other.

Team seats put them in one workspace, looking at the same Board and the same Desk.

How an invite works

The owner opens Settings, Team, types a teammate's work email and taps Create invite link. Stage 1 gives back a link to copy and send any way you like.

The link works once and expires in seven days. It's tied to the address you typed. Your teammate opens it, sets a name and a password, and they're in. They can use Continue with LinkedIn or Continue with Google instead, as long as that account carries the invited email.

Invited teammates don't need a company domain of their own. The owner invited that exact address, so it counts as confirmed. The owner does need a confirmed email before the first invite goes out.

Every invite and every join shows in Settings, Activity.

Who can do what

There are two roles. The person who created the workspace is the owner. Everyone invited is a member.

Members do the daily work. They approve accounts, pass on them and answer replies on the Desk.

Only the owner changes billing, connections and sending limits. That covers the plan and payment, the LinkedIn and email accounts Stage 1 sends from, the daily caps and sending hours, and workspace-wide switches like review before sending. One person holds the settings that can get an account restricted or a card charged. Everyone else works the accounts.

How many seats you get

Starter includes one seat. Team and Partner include up to five. The free trial includes everything in Team, so you can bring the team in from day one.

Pending invites count toward the total until they expire. If every seat is taken or invited, Stage 1 says so before it makes a new link.

Plans are priced per workspace, not per seat. Adding a fourth person to a Team workspace doesn't change the bill. The numbers are on the pricing page.

One Board, no double-threading

Everyone in the workspace sees the same ranked accounts, the same dossiers and the same replies. When a partner approves an account, it leaves the Board for everyone. If a colleague tries to approve it a minute later, Stage 1 tells them it's already approved instead of threading the committee twice.

Replies land on one Desk. Whoever picks up a reply sees the draft, sends it, and it's handled for the whole team.

Why it matters for services

A $250K engagement is rarely sold by one person. The partner has the relationship. The practice lead knows the delivery story. The seller keeps the follow-up moving. When they work from separate spreadsheets, two of them message the same CIO in the same week, and the buyer notices.

A shared workspace makes the account the unit of work, not the seller. That's the same idea behind selling to the committee, not the contact. For how practice leads fit into selling, see practice leads as sellers.

Where to find it

Settings, Team lists everyone in the workspace with their role, Owner or Member. The invite box sits right under the list. Members see the list too. Only the owner can create invite links.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card, with Team seats included. Start your trial and invite the people you sell with.

See which of your accounts are moving.

Stage 1 reads your site, finds accounts that fit and checks their filings and news. Your first Board in about two minutes. Free for 14 days, no credit card.
