Stage 1

Stage 1 notices when a meeting gets booked

Stage 1 reads the thread for a time someone agreed to, a meeting link or a calendar invite, and asks you to confirm the meeting with one click. No calendar connection needed.

Meetings get set in the thread, not in a form. "Tuesday at 2 works." A Zoom link. An invite email. Stage 1 now reads for those and asks you about them.

What it looks for

A time someone agreed to, from them or from you. "Thursday at 10am works, talk then."

A meeting link in the thread, from Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or Webex.

A calendar invite or a booking confirmation arriving in your connected mailbox.

Your own reply saying an invite is on its way.

What it does

It asks. A short section at the top of the Desk reads Did these meetings get booked, with a line for each person, what Stage 1 saw and three buttons. Yes, booked. Not yet. No.

Yes moves the account to Meetings and stops everything else going to anyone there. Not yet asks again in a few days. No clears it.

And when someone was interested and the thread goes quiet for three days, Stage 1 asks the same question, in case the meeting got set by phone.

Why it asks

A meeting set by phone or through an assistant never shows up in the thread. A guess marked as fact would skew your numbers and could stop messages that should go. One click keeps the count honest.

There's no calendar to connect and nothing to schedule inside Stage 1. Meetings get set the way your buyers set them.
